Vin brings your training into one system. Karoo is one of the places where that training can be carried out.
The right path depends on how you prefer to ride on Karoo: with the full VinApp experience, or alongside Karoo's native Ride experience.
VinApp on Karoo
VinApp is the full Vin training-system app. On Karoo it brings together planning, workouts, activities, analysis, and settings.
It can be used to execute a ride when that is your chosen flow, and indoors with a trainer where applicable.
VinHkE on Karoo
VinHkE is an extension that complements Karoo's native Ride experience. It is not another VinApp and it does not replace VinApp.
Choose it when you want Vin to accompany a ride that you are carrying out with native Ride.
