If the activity has no power, VinApp was usually not receiving valid data from the sensor or an incorrect source was selected.
Recommended steps
- Check whether you saw power on screen during the workout.
- Check the selected power source.
- Avoid duplicate sensors or wrong entries.
- Change the battery if the sensor is external.
- Do a short test before another workout.
- If only one specific activity fails, it may have been a temporary dropout.
