The activity is saved without heart rate

If there is no heart rate in the activity, VinApp did not receive data from the strap or the sensor was not correctly connected.
Recommended steps
- Check that the strap appeared connected before starting.
- Moisten the electrodes and check the battery.
- Avoid a watch or another app taking over the connection.
- Select the strap as the heart-rate sensor.
- Do a short test while looking at the screen.
- If heart rate disappears mid-session, check battery or interference.
