How autosave works
Activities and files
Autosave helps avoid losing sessions when finishing. Depending on configuration, VinApp may save directly without asking you.
Recommended steps
- Review the autosave option in settings.
- If it is enabled, the session may be saved automatically when it ends.
- If you prefer to decide at the end, adjust the setting before training.
- Do not close the app right after finishing if it is saving or syncing.
- Check afterwards that the activity appears in VinApp.
- If an activity is missing, note the approximate time and what happened when finishing.
