How many days a week should I train?
Plans
The best frequency depends on your experience, recovery, and availability. More days does not always mean better training.
Recommended steps
- If you are starting out, 2 or 3 well-executed days may be enough.
- If you already train regularly, 3 or 4 days allow more structure.
- Leave easy days or rest between intense sessions.
- Do not copy plans from people with more time or experience.
- Prioritize being able to follow the plan for several weeks in a row.
- If fatigue builds up, reduce before you break down.
