A session feeling easy is not always bad. Not every workout should leave you destroyed.
Recommended steps
- Check whether the session was recovery or base.
- Review whether FTP is too low only if it happens many times.
- Do not turn every easy workout into a hard one.
- Observe the full weekly progression, not one isolated session.
- If the whole plan falls short, review FTP or plan.
- Remember that training well also includes easy days.
