A session feeling easy is not always bad. Not every workout should leave you destroyed.

Recommended steps

  • Check whether the session was recovery or base.
  • Review whether FTP is too low only if it happens many times.
  • Do not turn every easy workout into a hard one.
  • Observe the full weekly progression, not one isolated session.
  • If the whole plan falls short, review FTP or plan.
  • Remember that training well also includes easy days.
