Why Garmin does not always allow activity uploads

Some limitations depend on Garmin APIs and permissions, not only on VinApp. That is why some flows may not be automatic.

Recommended steps

  • Check which integration you are using.
  • Review whether the activity exists in VinApp.
  • If it does not upload automatically, try exporting FIT if available.
  • Import manually into Garmin Connect if appropriate.
  • Avoid duplicating the activity if you also recorded it with Garmin.
  • Ask in support if you do not know which flow is correct.
