Vin does not detect my trainer
Sensors and connection
If VinApp cannot find your trainer, the issue is usually related to Bluetooth, Android permissions, or another app using the device.
Recommended steps
- Check that the trainer is turned on and active.
- Close other apps such as Zwift, Garmin, MyWhoosh, or any other apps that may be connected to the trainer.
- Enable Bluetooth and location on Android.
- Pedal for a few seconds to wake up the trainer.
- Go to VinApp > Sensors > Search devices.
- If it still does not appear, restart Bluetooth or restart the phone and search again.
