Not being able to finish workouts may be due to FTP being too high, excessive fatigue, a plan that is too demanding, or poor recovery.

Recommended steps

  • Do not draw conclusions from a single bad day.
  • Review whether you slept badly, ate too little, or were already tired.
  • If it happens several times, lower FTP slightly or switch to a more manageable plan.
  • Avoid chaining too many intense sessions.
  • Make sure the trainer controls resistance properly.
  • Ask for help providing plan, FTP, training days, and sensations.
