A plan may feel easy at the beginning because it aims to build base or continuity. Before changing it, look at the full progression.

Recommended steps

  • Review whether you are in an easy or base phase.
  • Check whether FTP is too low.
  • Look at weekly load, not only one session.
  • Do not make every session harder on your own.
  • If after several weeks everything is easy, adjust FTP or plan.
  • Ask for a recommendation with goal and availability.
