Sensors and connection
Sometimes the sensor appears and connects, but it does not send power, cadence, heart rate, or speed. This is usually related to battery, sensor type, or an incorrect selection.
Recommended steps
- Check that the sensor has battery.
- Wake up the sensor by pedaling, moving the cranks, or moistening the heart-rate strap.
- Check that you selected the correct sensor for each metric: power, cadence, heart rate, or speed.
- Remove duplicate sensors and search again.
- Try closing and reopening VinApp.
- If the sensor works in another app, write down the exact model to review compatibility.
