If you change password, revoke permissions, or authorize another account, Strava may stop receiving activities.

Recommended steps

  • Check that you are using the correct Strava account.
  • Unlink and link again if necessary.
  • Accept permissions during authorization.
  • Save a new activity and wait a few minutes.
  • Do not repeat the upload many times if you do not know whether it is processing.
  • If an error appears, save the text or screenshot.
