Recommended steps
- It is usually close to but below threshold.
- It should feel demanding, not like a sprint.
- If it becomes impossible, review FTP or fatigue.
- Respect recoveries between blocks.
- Do not do hard Sweet Spot every day.
- It is useful, but it does not replace base, rest, or variety.
