Use Zycle with VinApp
Specific trainers
With Zycle or Zycle Smart Bike, if it connects but stays very hard, it is usually worth checking mode, control, and duplicate connections.
Recommended steps
- Close other apps that may control the trainer or smart bike.
- Connect the correct control entry from VinApp.
- Check whether it also appears as power or cadence.
- Try a simple session before a hard one.
- If it gets stuck, restart Bluetooth and the device.
- In support, state whether it is Smart ZPro, Smart Bike, or another model.
