- Avoid increasing volume and intensity at the same time.
- Respect rest and easier weeks if the plan includes them.
- Do not turn every day into a competition.
- Observe whether your performance improves or whether you only accumulate tiredness.
- Consistency beats training binges.
- If in doubt, it is usually better to finish wanting more than to overdo it.
