Uploading to Garmin depends on account authorization and on processing the file generated by VinApp.
Recommended steps
- Check that your Garmin account is linked in VinApp.
- Check that the activity was saved correctly in VinApp.
- Wait a few minutes: some uploads may take time.
- If you changed your Garmin password or permissions, authorize the account again.
- Check that Garmin Connect is working correctly.
- If it still fails, provide the workout date and user so the case can be reviewed.
