Uploading to Garmin depends on account authorization and on processing the file generated by VinApp.

Recommended steps

  • Check that your Garmin account is linked in VinApp.
  • Check that the activity was saved correctly in VinApp.
  • Wait a few minutes: some uploads may take time.
  • If you changed your Garmin password or permissions, authorize the account again.
  • Check that Garmin Connect is working correctly.
  • If it still fails, provide the workout date and user so the case can be reviewed.
