Bluetooth connection problems
Sensors and connection
Bluetooth usually allows only one active connection per device. If another app remains connected to the trainer or sensor, VinApp may not see it or may not be able to control it.
Recommended steps
- Completely close other training apps.
- Unpair the trainer from Android Bluetooth settings if you paired it manually.
- Restart Bluetooth on your phone.
- Turn the trainer or sensor off and on.
- Search for the device directly from VinApp, not from Android settings.
- If you have several phones, tablets, or watches nearby, make sure none of them is connected to the trainer.
