Heart-rate straps usually need moisture, battery, and to be awake to appear in the search.
Recommended steps
- Moisten the strap electrodes.
- Put it on your chest before searching.
- Check the battery if you have not changed it for a while.
- Close other apps or watches that may be connected.
- Search for the strap from VinApp.
- If it appears several times, try one entry and keep the stable one.
