A good screenshot can save many questions. Ideally, it should show the error, screen, and context.

Recommended steps

  • Capture the screen where the problem appears.
  • If it is sensors, capture the list of found devices.
  • If it is training, capture the workout name or affected block.
  • If it is synchronization, capture the error message.
  • Add phone model, Android, and trainer with the screenshot.
  • Do not share tokens, API keys, or private data.
