A good screenshot can save many questions. Ideally, it should show the error, screen, and context.
Recommended steps
- Capture the screen where the problem appears.
- If it is sensors, capture the list of found devices.
- If it is training, capture the workout name or affected block.
- If it is synchronization, capture the error message.
- Add phone model, Android, and trainer with the screenshot.
- Do not share tokens, API keys, or private data.
