How to fit the group ride into the plan

  • Do not add VO2 Max the day after a beating if you are cooked.
  • Use the trainer for structure and the group ride for enjoyment when it fits.
  • Prioritize the main goal of the week.
  • If you race every weekend, adapt the weekday plan.
