Why do sensor data (power, heart rate, or calories) pause in the background?
VinHkE may stop capturing sensor data when you switch to the background if battery saving is active.
Recommended steps
- For the power, heart rate, and calorie widgets to keep receiving data, VinHkE needs to capture sensor data in the background.
- Check the VinHkE battery-saving preference.
- Enable background sensor data capture if you want those metrics not to pause.
- If you still see no data, check that the sensors are connected on Karoo.
- Background data also depends on the device configuration.
