How do I run the workout of the day with VinHkE on Karoo?
With your Vin plan and VinHkE, the workout of the day appears integrated in Ride. The widget guides you and Karoo records the activity.
Recommended steps
- The VinHkE widget runs the workout of the day synced if you have VinApp installed.
- The Vin library includes hundreds of workouts and plans.
- The workout is shown full screen with arrows and colour codes.
- You can raise or lower the target and navigate between intervals.
- Sound notifications tell you about the changes.
- When the block ends, the ride can continue; Karoo records the activity.
