Recommended steps
- Do not fight the trainer seated at 40 rpm.
- Increase cadence before the trainer becomes too hard.
- If you are stuck, pause or lower intensity for a few seconds.
- Resume with steady cadence.
- Review whether FTP is too high if it happens often.
- Do not confuse a technical issue with real fatigue without reviewing context.
