I cannot finish the workouts

Not being able to finish workouts may be due to FTP being too high, excessive fatigue, a plan that is too demanding, or poor recovery.
Recommended steps
- Do not draw conclusions from a single bad day.
- Review whether you slept badly, ate too little, or were already tired.
- If it happens several times, lower FTP slightly or switch to a more manageable plan.
- Avoid chaining too many intense sessions.
- Make sure the trainer controls resistance properly.
- Ask for help providing plan, FTP, training days, and sensations.
