Use the first workout as a test
Getting started
On the first day, it is worth testing connection, screen, and sensations. There is no need to choose the hardest workout.
Recommended steps
- Choose a short or easy session.
- Check power, cadence, and heart rate before starting hard.
- Test that the trainer changes resistance if you use ERG.
- Do not change many things at once during the session.
- Save the activity when you finish.
- Write down any issue so you can ask for help with specific information.
