Getting started

On the first day, it is worth testing connection, screen, and sensations. There is no need to choose the hardest workout.

Recommended steps

  • Choose a short or easy session.
  • Check power, cadence, and heart rate before starting hard.
  • Test that the trainer changes resistance if you use ERG.
  • Do not change many things at once during the session.
  • Save the activity when you finish.
  • Write down any issue so you can ask for help with specific information.
