If a workout does not load, it may be a connection failure, incomplete data, or a temporary issue with the selected session.

Recommended steps

  • Try another simple workout.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Update VinApp if there is a new version.
  • If the same workout always fails, write down its name.
  • Send the workout name and a screenshot of the error if one appears.
