Before heading out, open VinApp on Karoo, check today's session, review your plan and open the workout detail.
The plan you already have in Vin is also available on the Karoo you take with you.
OUTDOOR TRAINING
Your workout, on the ride
VinApp can run the workout directly on Karoo.
During the session it shows the data and targets you need to follow the workout from the device.
INDOOR TRAINING
Also on the trainer
Karoo does not have to be only the device you take outside.
VinApp can also be used as an indoor training console.
From Karoo you can run the workout and, when needed, connect the smart trainer directly so Vin controls the resistance.
SENSORS AND DEVICES
You do not need to reconnect all your sensors
You do not need to rebuild your sensor ecosystem inside Vin.
Karoo keeps managing the sensors you already use and VinApp consumes that data directly.
You only need to connect directly to Vin the devices Vin must control or read specifically: the smart trainer, or the heart-rate monitor when you want to measure HRV or perform the DFA α1 test.
AFTER THE WORKOUT
When the workout ends, you are still in Vin
VinApp does not end when the workout ends.
The activity returns to the Vin system and becomes part of your history, analysis and progression.
The training that started in your plan ends up as part of the same story.
